Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an emerging leader to join our In-Store Quick Serve Restaurant operations in Texas. Lead daily fresh food service, ensure health standards, drive sales, and oversee inventory and vendor relationships to keep top items in stock.

You will build a high-performing team through coaching, manage schedules, and respond to safety issues, delivering outstanding customer experiences while leveraging P&L data to identify opportunities and cost controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in food service, QSR, or casual fast food prep leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing teams and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to leverage restaurant reports and P&L data to drive positive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office; ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while upholding health standards and safety policies.
• Drive sales and profitability by managing food programs, costs, and merchandising strategies.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships to ensure top-selling items are in stock.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team and recognize excellence.
• Oversee food prep, quality standards, and equipment maintenance for consistent outcomes.
• Create schedules, cover shifts as needed, and respond to safety incidents or operational challenges.
