Exelon is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist senior staff in delivering transmission, substation, distribution, and gas projects. You will help define scope, schedule, budget, risks, and safety metrics under experienced PM guidance and participate in cross-functional teams across operating areas.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a solid grasp of project finances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years relevant experience as alternative.
• Strong communication, both written and oral, with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with results focus.
• Solid financial aptitude and proficiency in PC software; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced Project Managers to ensure projects finish safely, on time and on budget.
• Support data gathering, analysis, and recommendations to aid project execution.
• Track costs and schedules under guidance to stay within limits.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders for data and coordination.
• Learn project management tools and pursue certifications as needed.
