Job summary

Exelon is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the development and execution of transmission, substation, distribution, and gas projects. You will assist with scope, schedule, budget, risks, and safety performance under seasoned PM guidance, including after-hours coverage for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline or 2–5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Customer driven with good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong financial aptitude.
• Proficiency in PC software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel; valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced Project Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget; support development and implementation of projects and/or business initiatives by data gathering and analysis.
• Track project costs and schedules under guidance to ensure execution within limits.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external project stakeholders to relay data and coordinate activities.
• Provide analytical and operational support; monitor, review, and analyze reports.
• Learn and attend training related to project management; pursue project management certifications.
