The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day project activities and ensuring timely execution across electrical and construction scopes. Ideal candidates hold a BE/BS in Engineering with 5+ years in construction, strong interpersonal and writing skills, and proficiency with CPM scheduling, scheduling tools, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (EE or related) with 5+ years of experience.
• Related Construction experience with five years working for an electrical or construction contractor.
• Experience on projects ranging from $500,000 to $10M.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• Experience with CPM Scheduling and design techniques for precision plans.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of a project or sub-section of a project.
• Identify change orders and ensure effective resolution.
• Price, track and manage change orders.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against cash expenses.
• Maintain as-builts and document project issues/conditions.
• Plan and execute project completion and punch list.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Confer with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve issues.
• Communicate with external stakeholders about project status and decisions.
