• Experience with CPM Scheduling and ability to read design drawings, specs, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of a project or sub-section.
• Identify and resolve change orders effectively.
• Plan, monitor, and manage cash flow for the project.
• Maintain as-built documentation and log project issues/conditions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals.
