Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude; Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track
• Engage in on-the-job training, e-learning, and mentor programs to develop business acumen
• Travel to different company locations as part of all-expense paid travel
• Present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives at program end
