Job summary

Summit Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a STEP Associate in Dallas, Houston, Albuquerque, or Phoenix to join a rotational leadership program. You will gain broad exposure to operations, sales, procurement, logistics, and e-Commerce while developing leadership and problem-solving skills.

We seek high-potential graduates with a BA/BS and a 3.0+ GPA, plus strong analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field; GPA ≥3.0.
• Prior internship, co-op, leadership or related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in operations, distribution, and logistics to understand the business.
• Build vendor relationships to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Maintain communication with customers and internal teams to identify issues and support sales goals.
• Train customers and associates on product features and applications.
• Analyze sales data and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage projects and collaborate with partners to present solutions.
