Job summary

Sonepar USA is launching the STEP program in Denver, a 12-month rotational track designed to educate and develop talents across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions, and Outside Sales tracks. Starting in June 2027, participants gain hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and exposure to company operations.

Applicants should hold a BA/BS in a related field with a 3.0+ GPA, and demonstrate a self-starter attitude, strong communication, time

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player
