JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with CEOs and CFOs.

You will work both independently and with others to present our comprehensive financial solutions to mid-market clients with $20M–$100M revenue. The role emphasizes building profitable relationships, leveraging internal partners, and growing with market opportunities in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.

• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
• Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue generating sales opportunities, cultivate referral sources, and institutionalize relationships and calling
