Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to design and scale programs for first-time and rising people leaders. This remote-first role focuses on practical, engaging experiences that boost confidence, skills, and impact across teams.

You'll own the journey from candidate to first-year leader, blending live sessions, digital resources, and coaching while partnering with People, Talent, and Learning to deliver measurable growth and a thriving leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership development experience.
• Experience designing programs at scale for new or first-time leaders.
• Strong learning design blending live, digital, and hands-on practice.
• Product-minded with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience and program lifecycle.
• Build scalable learning journeys for leadership transitions.
• Design engaging, hands-on experiences that scale.
• Foster communities and peer learning among leaders.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and activities.
• Partner with People, Talent, and Learning teams.
• Glean insights, test approaches, and measure impact.
• Oversee resources, vendors, and program budgets.
