Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager to shape growth for emerging and new leaders. You will design and deliver scalable programs, blending live sessions, digital resources, and hands-on practice to build confident leaders across a remote‑first organization.

You will partner with People, Talent, and Learning to connect leadership development with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing growth, using data to demonstrate impact and guide continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in leadership development or learning & development.
• Experience designing leadership programs for new or first-time leaders at scale.
• Strong skills in learning design blending live, digital, and hands-on practice.
• Product-oriented approach using audience insights and data to guide decisions.
• Experience building learning communities or cohorts.
• Experience integrating leadership assessments and coaching.
• Excellent program management and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Design, deliver, and improve leadership programs for aspiring, first-time, and newly hired leaders.
• Create practical learning journeys for transitions from individual contributors to managers.
• Develop scalable workshops, peer learning, and hands-on exercises.
• Build communities for peer learning and knowledge exchange.
• Translate leadership expectations into tools and experiences to drive coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with People, Talent, and Learning teams to align with hiring and onboarding.
• Gather feedback, test approaches, and measure impact on leadership development.
• Manage resources, vendors, and budgets to ensure consistent experiences.
