Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to shape how aspiring leaders build skills and confidence. You will own the development journey from consideration to first-year leadership, creating practical, scalable experiences in a remote-first environment.

You’ll design engaging learning journeys, combine workshops with peer learning, and partner across People, Talent, and Learning to drive meaningful growth for Affirms’ leadership population.

Qualifications

• Experience designing leadership development programs for new or first-time leaders, with scale in mind.
• Strong design skills blending live learning, digital resources and hands-on application.
• Product‑oriented approach to learning informed by audience insights and data.
• Experience building learning communities or cohort programs encouraging connection.
• Ability to integrate leadership assessments and coaching into programs.
• Excellent program management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Creative and resourceful approach to solving complex learning problems.
• Comfort using data and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve learning.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience: design, deliver, and improve programs like Leading@ and Leader 101.
• Create scalable learning journeys for leadership transitions and conversations.
• Develop engaging workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
• Foster communities and peer learning among new leaders.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and coaching experiences.
• Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, and Learning to align growth with hiring and onboarding.
• Experiment, measure impact, and continuously improve programs.
• Ensure smooth operation: manage resources, vendors, and budgets.
