You'll blend creative learning design with data-driven insights in our remote-first environment, testing ideas and scaling effective experiences across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant leadership development experience.
• Strong ability to design scalable learning programs.
• Experience blending live, digital, and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of leadership development programs for new leaders.
• Build scalable learning journeys for leadership transitions and conversations.
• Create engaging, hands-on experiences that leaders can apply immediately.
• Foster communities for peer learning and feedback among new leaders.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and experiences.
