Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to design and deliver scalable programs that help aspiring and new leaders build confidence and impact.

You will craft experiences from onboarding through first-year leadership, leveraging workshops, peer learning, and practical tools in a remote-first setting. You’ll partner with People, Talent, and Learning teams to align programs with business needs, measure impact, and iterate quickly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership development, L&D or related field with Bachelor’s degree; 6+ years with Master’s; 3+ years with PhD.
• Experience designing leadership development programs for new/first-time leaders at scale.
• Strong ability to blend live learning, digital resources, and hands-on application.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs for aspiring and new leaders.
• Create scalable learning journeys for leadership transitions and performance conversations.
• Design engaging experiences with workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
