Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to shape development for aspiring, first-time, and newly hired leaders. You’ll design scalable programs, combine workshops with self‑directed resources, and coach leaders while partnering across People to align with hiring and onboarding.

In a remote‑first environment, you’ll measure impact, iterate based on feedback, and ensure practical tools and assessments accelerate growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a Bachelor's, 6+ with a Master's, or 3+ years with a PhD in leadership development or related field.
• Experience designing leadership programs for new or first-time leaders at scale.
• Strong skills in blending live learning, digital resources, and hands-on practice.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience: design, deliver, and improve leadership programs for emerging leaders.
• Build learning journeys for transitions from prep to first management role and beyond.
• Design scalable experiences using workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
• Create opportunities for leaders to learn together and connect across cohorts.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and coaching moments.
• Partner with People and Talent teams to align with hiring, onboarding, and growth.
• Experiment, gather feedback, and use data to drive improvements.
• Define measures of effectiveness and track progress of leadership development.
• Maintain resources, vendors, budgets, and ensure high-quality experiences.
