Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Development Program trainee to build essential leadership and operational skills. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

In 10–12 months, you’ll develop through structured training, with relocation upon promotion, a clear path to management, and opportunities across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
