Job summary

Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program to train Trainees into leadership roles in consumer finance within 10-12 months. You'll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Location is on-site in Alabama with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional extended hours; relocation upon promotion is expected. The program emphasizes growth, training, and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
