Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking motivated individuals for its full-time Manager Development Program. As a Manager Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with leadership exposure. In 10–12 months you’ll be prepared to step into management roles.

The program offers competitive pay, incentives, and a strong promote-from-within culture. On-site location with a Monday–Friday schedule and relocation opportunities upon promotion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to relocate upon promotion.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegation and performance management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
