Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred sales, collections, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending services.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals and learn management duties.
• Recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership responsibilities.
