Job summary

Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to develop future leaders in consumer finance. In 10–12 months, trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

The role is on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and some extended hours, including Saturdays, to meet office goals and client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities, including delegation and performance management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
