Tower Loan is offering a full-time Manager Development Program designed to train Trainees for leadership roles in consumer finance. The program spans 10-12 months with hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Role duties include developing customer relationships, driving sales, supporting management responsibilities, and contributing to meeting office goals. Relocation to management is required when promoted.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or related roles preferred.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate developing skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
