Job summary

Tower Loan invites you to join a Manager Development Program designed to groom future leaders in consumer finance. Over 10-12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and incentives.

On-site role based in Mississippi, with a clear path to leadership and opportunities to develop management skills across recruitment, staff development, and performance management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegation and loan document analysis.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
