Job summary

GAF is seeking a recent graduate for a Field Services Rotational Associate role in the Northeast. The program develops future leaders over two years through hands-on inspections, troubleshooting, and technical training while working with mentors and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing.
• Knowledge of building materials, roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including startups, interims, finals, and leak/complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to perform inspections.
• Learn to prioritize open inspection requests and schedule efficiently.
• Assist in problem resolution and provide written communication to GAF owners/customers.
• Contribute to Field Services rotations (Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, Roofing Principles) and support training.
