Job summary

GAF in the Northeast is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate to accelerate the development of recent graduates into leaders. The two-year program offers exposure to major projects, mentorship, and rotations across Field Services; you will perform roof inspections, troubleshoot leaks, and provide training to business partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management, internship experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite or MS Office
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections (start ups, interims, finals, leaks) and expand inspections regionally
• Support field services rotations and coatings projects as needed
• Collaborate with architects, specifiers, contractors, and territory managers
• Contribute to writing and updating CSI specifications and installation manuals
• Maintain safe work practices and participate in safety training
