Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry, roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak/complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Prioritize open inspection requests to optimize schedule.
• Assist with leak/complaint inspections as assigned.
• Provide proper written communication to GAF owners/customers.
