Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to form a productive schedule.
• Assist with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assist in problem resolution and provide written communications to GAF owners/customers.
