Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate for the Northeast region. This 2-year program develops graduates into future leaders by giving hands-on experience across field services, roofing inspections, and technical training.

You will rotate through Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles, with travel 30-60% to customer sites and events, supported by mentoring and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
• Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.
