Job summary

GAF in the United States seeks a recent graduate for the Field Services Rotational Associate program in the Northeast. The two-year program develops leaders through hands-on inspections, training, and collaboration with senior leaders across Field Services.

You will travel 30–60% to customer sites, support both residential and commercial roofing projects, and gain exposure to design, drafting, and warranty processes while building a mentors network and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
• Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assists in problem resolution and communications to GAF and owners/customers.
