Job summary

GAF in the Northeast US is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate to join a two-year program designed to develop recent graduates into future leaders. You will rotate through essential Field Services areas while working on major projects and strategic initiatives with mentorship from senior leaders.

The role includes residential/commercial inspections, troubleshooting leaks, and providing technical assistance to partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or construction management.
• Prior internship/coop in construction or roofing.
• Knowledge of the building material industry, roofing and water management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
• Assist with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assist in problem resolution and provide written communications to customers and owners.
