Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate in the Northeast region. The program accelerates graduates into leaders by rotating through Field Services responsibilities, inspections, troubleshooting, and training across residential and commercial roofing projects.

You will travel 30-60% to customers and events, work from an in-home office, and be mentored by a dedicated manager to develop leadership and technical skills over a 2-year period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or construction management.
• Previous internship/co-op in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry, specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak/complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections and support field teams.
• Learn to prioritize open inspection requests for productive scheduling.
• Assist in leak/complaint inspections and in problem resolution with proper communication.
