Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast. This 2-year program develops recent graduates into leaders by rotating through Field Services rotations, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles with hands-on inspections, troubleshooting, and training across residential and commercial roofing projects.

Based in the Northeast with a home-office setup and 30–60% travel, you'll gain exposure to senior leadership, work on high-impact projects, and build cross-functional skills

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills including communication skills both verbal and written, ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
Time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple activities and commitments.
Bi-lingual - English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.
