GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate for our Northeast region. The program accelerates recent graduates into leadership roles through hands-on roofing inspections, troubleshooting, and technical training while rotating across Field Services units.

You will work with mentors to develop leadership and technical skills, travel up to 60% to serve customers, and support key projects that drive value for GAF. The program spans two years and offers broad exposure to field operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship or co-op in construction or roofing.
• Knowledge of the building material industry, roofing and water management products.

Mansioni

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests and manage a productive schedule.
• Assist with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assist in problem resolution and communicate with GAF and customers in writing.
