Job summary

Green Thumb in Willmar, MN is seeking a Leader in Training to join its store leadership team. You will actively supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to the team, and optimize the customer journey to deliver memorable experiences.

You will rotate through critical dispensary functions supporting operations, experience, and people, gaining subject matter expertise along a fast-track toward becoming Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends)

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead by example to motivate the team and ensure a positive in-store experience for customers.
