Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a development-focused EndoTherapy Associate Territory Manager in Michigan. You will blend clinical training with sales experience to build a future pipeline and prepare for a full Territory Manager role.

You will receive coaching from RVPs and Field Sales Trainers while engaging in hands-on field experiences and special projects, with relocation optional after program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for learning.
• Proactive and confident leader with strong prioritization.
• Proven track record of managing time efficiently.
• Effective at cultivating customer relationships.
• Willing to travel 40–50% of the time including evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete training modules including clinical applications, GI anatomy, sales process, and product portfolio certification.
• Develop foundational competency in the therapeutic GI space to support product positioning and demos.
• Provide hands-on field support for key procedures under leadership guidance.
• Support territory business plans and account strategy with the ETM and field trainers.
• Document activities and funnel insights using Salesforce and Acuity MD.
• Identify unmet needs and new business opportunities within key accounts.
