Job summary

Olympus Corporation seeks a Sales Development Associate for a multiyear program to train and work with Territory Managers in the Surgical Business Team. The Associate Territory Manager will engage surgeons and clinical staff in operating rooms and office settings across New York markets.

You will learn consultative selling, participate in training milestones, and help grow territory knowledge while supporting customers in diverse hospital environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success.
• Willing to relocate after program and grow career within the Surgical Business organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Organized with strong time management abilities.
• High-energy, reliable, and positive work ethic.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment over 40 lbs.
• Adherence to customer vendor credentialing requirements when visiting medical facilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and some weekends."
• Field travel to hospitals and clinical settings to support territory.

Responsibilities

• Call upon customers in hospitals and office settings.
• Provide training and in-servicing in operating rooms.
• Follow-up with customers to maintain relationships.
• Deliver and pick up products as needed in the assigned territory.
• Develop and utilize consultative selling skills to meet sales targets.
• Stay current on products, competition, and market conditions.
• Maintain sales paperwork accurately and timely.
