Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join its dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through key functions to gain subject matter expertise in operations, experience, and people, with a fast track toward Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, promoting a positive customer journey, and coaching team members. Cannabis industry knowledge is preferred; reliability and availability to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Flexibility to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights and weekends
• Must pass background checks and have valid ID/driver’s license
• Understand cannabis laws and regulations and stay compliant

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate items with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and inventory vault accuracy.
• Lead team through programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions.
• Oversee cash handling and POS transactions.
