Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join our Lorain, OH dispensary leadership team. The LIT role rotates through essential functions to build subject matter expertise in operations, experience, and people, putting you on a fast track toward Assistant General Manager.

You will supervise daily store activities, communicate priorities, coach team members, and help optimize the customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred; inventory control experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass any required background checks; valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Lead and develop team members, provide recognition, and ensure the customer journey.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Coach staff and manage scheduling, training, and onboarding.
