Job summary

You will lead by example to deliver memorable customer experiences, help manage inventory, participate in outbound promotions, oversee cash handling, and coach team members to meet store goals while maintaining compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory for accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments and discounts.
