Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to supervise daily dispensary operations, drive the customer journey, and communicate priorities to team members. You will rotate through critical functions to gain subject matter expertise and fast-track toward an Assistant General Manager role.

You will lead teams, oversee onboarding and training, and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations while delivering memorable in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience with supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must pass background checks and be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Lead teams and drive in-store promotions and customer journeys.
• Oversee cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash maintenance.
