Apex Vets is seeking a dedicated front desk teammate for its emergency and specialty hospital. You’ll be the first impression for clients, coordinate incoming cases, check in patients, and process payments while maintaining accurate records.

This fast-paced role requires clear communication, composure, and teamwork to support doctors, technicians, and clients throughout visits. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and a passion for helping clients

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in busy environments.
• Comfort with multitasking, prioritization, and problem solving.
• Empathy and professionalism in interactions with clients and patients.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Answer phones and coordinate incoming emergency cases.
• Check in patients and obtain accurate client and patient information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with doctors, technicians, and clients throughout the visit.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining an organized front desk.
• Support the Client Care team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
