Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and follow-through are essential.
• Ability to handle emotional clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Answer phones and coordinate incoming emergency cases.
• Check in patients and obtain accurate client and patient information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with doctors, technicians, and clients throughout the visit.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, organized front desk.
• Support the Client Care team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
