Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services with one year related work experience; combination considered.
• Outgoing personality with good communication and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; reliable transportation; valid driver's license; TSA MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-screening and intake of clients using assessment tools.
• Set goals with clients and develop action plans.
• Monitor progress with regular follow-ups and document in SIMS.
• Provide on-site and outreach assistance to assist clients seeking emergency.
• Distribute resources (food, vouchers) and refer to other agencies when needed.
• Network with community agencies to maximize services and coordinate referrals.
