Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services with 1 year related work experience; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessment, and services to ESS clients.
• Deliver Pathway of Hope services with goal setting and follow-up meetings.
• Perform client pre-screening and intake; assess eligibility and refer to resources.
• Distribute food, vouchers, and checks; assist with utility, rent, and transportation needs.
• Network with community agencies and maintain a resource guide.
