Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule emergency service calls based on urgency.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians and customers.
• Record service calls in the system and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Assist in dispatch board management for timely prioritization.
• Coordinate Oil Dispatch tasks and track tickets and deliveries.
• Support clerical duties and cross-team communications.
