Job summary

Air Comfort Service Group in West Babylon, NY is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher for a fast-paced onsite role.

You will dispatch technicians across Long Island and NYC, coordinate schedules, handle emergencies, communicate with customers, and maintain accurate work orders in our dispatch software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC dispatching experience.
• Thorough knowledge of New York City and Long Island geography.
• Experience dispatching multiple technicians in a high-volume service environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (Davisware Vision or ServiceTitan).
• Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians for commercial and residential calls across Long Island and NYC.
• Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity and response times.
• Prioritize emergency service requests while balancing preventive maintenance and scheduled work.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, technician arrival, and service updates.
• Enter and maintain accurate work order information in the dispatch software.
• Assist with customer follow-up, scheduling, and resolving service-related issues.
