Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of Westchester County and NYC boroughs.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Flexible to work various schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule emergency service calls based on urgency.
• Maintain service dispatch board and record daily activities.
• Assist with oil dispatch tasks and carrier tickets.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians and Customers; ensure clear communication.
• Use GPS to verify technician locations and optimize routes.
• Support clerical duties to keep operations organized.
