Infinity is seeking an Account Executive to join our inbound customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, haulers, and fleet clients in urgent situations, communicating with compassion and clarity.

This role focuses on guiding customers through emergencies, coordinating roadside dispatch, and delivering real-time updates while staying composed in a fast-paced environment. Training and ongoing coaching support growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Onsite technical assessment is required.

Responsibilities

• Be a compassionate communicator – listen actively, show empathy, and guide customers through emergencies.
• Coordinate roadside help – dispatch service providers quickly and accurately.
• Problem-solve under pressure – think fast, remain calm, and deliver effective solutions in real time.
• Provide exceptional service – resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure every customer feels supported.
• Stay detail-focused – document interactions accurately and communicate clearly with customers, providers, and clients.
