Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine restoration scope.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke damage repair, mold remediation, and drying.
• Use specialized equipment to complete restoration tasks safely and efficiently.
• Document damage assessments, work performed, and insurance-related details.
• Explain restoration process to clients and address questions or concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and applicable regulations to ensure quality and safety.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
