Job summary

Dow is seeking an Emergency Services and Security Dispatcher for Midland, MI. You will receive and prioritize calls, dispatch responders, and monitor alarms to protect people and assets.

The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Word/Excel, and US work authorization; no visa sponsorship. You will operate CAD and radio systems, coordinate with the Security Operations Center, and help maintain ES&S processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and prioritize emergency, non-emergency, and medical calls.
• Gather critical information and support timely decision-making.
• Dispatch emergency response and security personnel to facilities.
• Operate CAD, radio, telephone, and related communication systems.
• Monitor radio frequencies, alarms, and security systems; communicate information.
