Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Emergency Services and Security Dispatcher in Midland, MI to support emergency communications and security operations. You will receive and prioritize calls, dispatch responders, and monitor critical systems to protect people and assets.

The role requires a high school diploma, computer proficiency, and the legal ability to work in the United States. Prior emergency services or 911 dispatch experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to learn new systems quickly.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls per procedures.
• Gather location, incident details, and response needs to support timely decisions.
• Dispatch emergency and security personnel to company facilities.
• Operate CAD, radio, phone systems to coordinate response activities.
• Monitor alarms and security systems; communicate relevant information.
• Use proper radio terminology and protocols to support effective response.
